Role Description

The primary responsibilities of a Senior Consultant are to deliver career transition services to program participants according to LHH FESCO quality standards through one-on-one coaching and/or facilitation of workshops/meetings.

Major Responsibilities
  • Provides high quality consultation services to participants through one-on-one coaching, training, and group facilitation according to LHH FESCO program standards.

  • Effectively handles caseload as business needs require

  • Maintains up-to-date records of all activities with participants.

  • Ensure confidentiality, privacy and security requirements of LHH FESCO candidates and customers is adhered to

  • Utilizes LHH FESCO career transition tools as prescribed by LHH FESCO standard

  • Participate and contribute at individual and/or team site meetings, workshops, conferences and events

  • Manages all associated administration (e.g., billing activities), in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ability to deal positively with adversity and difficult situations

  • Mentor / Buddy new consultants / coaches as assigned

  • Facilitate workshop/webinar delivery where required

  • Work as On-Site Delivery Lead as assigned by National Delivery Manager

  • Train the trainer in LHH FESCO products and services as required

  • Provide SME support and support to Sales and/or Customer Success when requested via the National Delivery Manager

Required Experience/Characteristics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building

  • Ability to build rapport, connections and trusted relationships

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Significant business experience, usually in a corporate setting

  • Good understanding of the Human Resources discipline

  • Positive attitude, coupled with a mental curiosity and ability to learn on the job quickly

  • Personally motivated to help others

  • Confident manner, that enable trust and credibility to be established quickly

  • Strong, collaborative team player / strong team orientation

  • Embraces technological advancements and digital innovations

  • Agile, flexible and adaptable

  • Passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Optimistic attitude, coupled with mental curiosity

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize

  • Aligned to the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) professional ethics, standards and competencies

  • Demonstrated coaching and/or consulting skills across relevant HR and workforce transformation on Career Transition & Mobility

  • Intermediate or advanced facilitation skills for workshops and/or webinars
