根据LHHFESCO为客户提供企业内部咨询/研讨会/工作坊，为客户员工提供1对1的职业生涯转型咨询。

One on one Coaching/Workshop/Conference according to clients. Provide employees of our clients Career Transition Consulting Service.

• 根据要求，进行一对一的辅导、或小组培训；

• 及时在内部系统中更新咨询及辅导记录；

• 遵守LHH FESCO候选人和客户的保密、隐私和安全要求；

• 熟悉了解LHH FESCO的职业过渡工具，可指引学员正确使用相关工具;

• 参加个人和/或团队现场会议、研讨会、会议等活动；

• 指派的新顾问/教练的导师/伙伴；

• 促进研讨会/网络研讨会的交付；

• 根据需要对培训师进行LHH FESCO产品和服务的培训
  

• Deliver 1-on-1 Career Coach/or related Workshop as required;

• Update consulting activities in the internal system in time;

• Comply with LHH FESCO candidate and client confidentiality, privacy and security requirements;

• Highly Familiar with LHH FESCO Career Transition Tool in accordance with LHH FESCO standards. Provide usage instructions of LHH tools when needed;

• Participate in individual and team on-site meetings, workshops, conferences, and events;

• Accurately manage all related administration in time (such as billing activities);

• Facilitate delivery of seminars or webinars;

• Train coaches on LHH FESCO products and services as needed;
  

• 至少15年以上大型外资企业HR或高管从业经验（欢迎退休人员）;

• 通过国际教练联盟（ICF）的认证, 对人力资源领域有较好的认知；

• 良好的英语表达能力；

• 以人为本，具有强烈的同理心，积极的人生观和激励他人的能力;

• 能够迅速建立融洽的联系和信任关系，注重细节；
  

• More than 15 years of working experience in HR or Executive Manager field in the international enterprise;(Retired person is welcomed);

• Certified by ICF is necessary, with Good understanding of the Human Resources discipline;

• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

• People-oriented with strong empathy, positive attitude, and ability to motivate others;

• Coaches and encourages others to always display a constructive attitude；

• Ability to build rapport, connections and trusted relationships;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Passion for delivering exceptional service;

• Personally motivated to help others
