职位描述

• Design the inhouse service quality controlling tower for inhouse LSP, according to the alignment with other department.
  
  Organize to collect the operation data of LSP for inhouse logistics service
  
  Communicate and negotiate with LSP, to make measurements and improve the operation level.
  
  Coordinate with IT department, together implement the logistics IT system and train the LSP.
  
  Coordinate with IT department, LSP and supplier to deal with the IT operation problems. And organize the optimization of IT system.
  
  Coordinate and supervise internal and external customers, suppliers and service providers during plant construction and ramp-up of new car projects in compliance with the product development process.
  
  Generate requirement specifications, call for proposals and perform technical negotiations with suppliers.
