• Brief description of the position:
  This position holder is responsible for all powertrain thermal management system simulation and testing activities for BEVs. The scope includes:
  - thermal simulation of the cooling system and battery system of both component and vehicle level, aproval recomendation for the
  integration and validation of BEV powertrain thermal system according to VCTC-EA strategy and project targets. - It is the interface among all brands in Europe and external partners in China.
  The core responsibility consists of organizational ramp up, achievement of project deliverables& cost targets, and alignment on simulation& testing related issues in Region China.& testing activities
  
  Key Tasks:
  Leading and responsible for simulation model buildup and maintain ( HV-Battery, e-drive, thermal & cooling system and China project simulation application (system performance, consumption, energy management, GBB etc.).
  Thermal simulation of the cooling and battery system for component and vehicle level, approval recommendation for the Milestone dig. KF, dig. VPT, dig. Baustuffe and dig. Serie
  Leading and responsible for sub-system function mock-up unit(FMU) and database buildup, maintain and relevant work
  -New concept FMU buildup
  -FMU maintain and update
  -FMU calibration
  Create and maintain documentation for thermal simulation and testing processes, standards, and best practices;
  Ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards in thermal simulation and testing procedures.
  Support EA technical team for supplier CAE report evaluation, assessment simulation report for design release on component level & system level
  - Define and execute cooling system test plans, including hydraulic and CFD, and relevant environmental tests to validate thermal performance under various operating conditions and driving modes
  Responsible for the Cooling System performance release "Kuehlungsfreigabe" for the China Region including all the Joint Ventures.
  Responsible for the development of filling and degassing procedures for the cooling System for factory production line and after sales workshops.
  Responsible for development of specific criteria for cooling System usage for the Chinese market
  - Laboratory management and test bench management
  - Vehicle cooling performance test case set up & release
  Leading the EAF2 team organization buildup and implementation of development competence and resources in the whole China region(e.g.new concept simulation mode & FMU development, calibration test case define etc.)
  Responsible for content preparation for the report of simulation related topics in regional committees(C-VAT, C-TG) and Brand/Group committees in case of regional representation.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  Education:
  Master/Bachelor in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerodynamics,Thermal Energy, or equivalent
  Working experience:
  Minimum 8 years of working experience within in automotive industry, at least 5 years in BEV thermal system simulation and testing field
  Knowledge, skills and others:
  - High inter-cultural competence, international experience, good networking within
  - Good understanding of vehicle E-mobility thermal system architecture, and well know with VW PEP process and related R&D tools
  - Good knowledge and technical background of vehicle system simulation
  - Good knowledge of HV battery system and related components
  -Furthermore, a good understanding of e-drive/HV-battery testing, calibration,
  - Familiar with xEV Thermal management system theory and key components
  - Good communication skills and team spirit, people management is a plus
  - Familiar with software like Amesim, GT-Suite, flowmaster, KULI, CATIA etc.
  - Familiar with Co-Simulation and coupling of different software tools, knowledge of statistic, programming is a plus- Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is a plus
