Due to our aggressive market strategy in the local and international market, we are looking for a passionate and talented person to join our team in Shanghai in the Specialty Plan Nutrition as:

职位描述

• • Actively interact with the Sales and Production departments, to understand their requirements for our products.
  
  • Elaborate reports or notes from the meetings with customers and internal meetings, raise and follow-up the required actions.
  
  • Elaborate different types of reports to help the development of sales and production, this includes sales reports, stock reports margin reports etc. per example: 1. Sales analysis by dealer, product category, by months. 2. Weekly sales follow-up report including sales by dealer by products, stock level of different products, order fulfillment.3. Collection and analysis of marketing information, for example, crop price.Detail analysis of different competitors, going deep in the new market trends and the competitors finance data.
  
  • Elaborate monthly and quarterly the forecast sales and Margin of SPN area and the yearly Budget for SPN area.
  
  • Generate network throughout fertilizer value chain.
  
  • Follow-up industry、freight trends in China/Asia, monitor competitor activity, review import/export statistics and consolidate information from SQM commercial team.
  
  • Maintain relationship with specialized consultants for recurrent information and specific projects. Creation and strengthening of networking: raw material producers, consultants.

任职要求

• Requirements
  • Bachelor degree, financial, chemicals, engineering background related. Master's degree or above, overseas study and work experience will be preferred.
  • With no experience and no more than four-year working experience (can be discuss), good professionalism and professional ethics.
  • Good English speaker, can communicate using English fluently, this is a must.
  • Can accept business travel or evening calls with overseas sometimes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and create professional network, highly self-driven, able to accept challenging tasks in a stressful environment.
