职位描述

• 1. Develop and implement company-wide compliance plan to enhance employees awareness and knowledge in compliance
  2. Provide compliance trainings such as new employee orientation trainings, tailor-made trainings, periodic training and other ad-hoc trainings.
  3. Responsible for over-all compliance risk assessment, including daily consultancy to employees on compliance guidelines, pre-approval for different event types, assistance in different projects for compliance risk, sharing practical and reasonable compliance advices.
  4. Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanism.

任职要求

• 1. Bachelor or master degree in finance/accounting/law/economics
  2. 10+ years of working experience in legal/compliance field, preferably in MNCs or accounting/law firms， healthcare background preferred；
  3. Fluent in English.
