• Brief Introduction of the position
  Ensure Build Status Documentation (Bauzustandsdokumentation or BZD) is in place for all produced vehicles
  BZD measures definition and measures enforcement to fulfill BZD target
  Evaluation, reporting and control of BZD effectiveness
  
  Key Tasks
  Responsible to align with all relevant business units and steering BZD TLD update process
  Setup local process standard to ensure BZD Group requirements are fulfill
  Definition of BZD requirements and steering the implementation into relevant systems such as FIS, KVS, BG-online, etc.
  Ensure that all electronic BZD & mechanical BZD are covered in time and in alignment with affected business units
  Setup of Measurements in case of deviations in the BZD and escalation if necessary
  Serves as quality primary contact with BZD office (Wolfsburg Headquarters) and R&D in to take over any quality related BZD topic
  Responsible to steer any required clarification and measure to reach the expected BZD maturity according ProMeq report
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
  Advising other people holding positions, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

• Qualification and skills
  Engineering bachelors degree, business management or related higher technical education
  1-5 years in automobile company or any related company
  Fluent in English; German is a plus
  Knowledge of Processes of the Automobile Industry
  Knowledge of legal part's traceability processes is a plus
  Knowledge of Group Systems (FISeQS, SAP, BGONLINE, KVS) is a big plus
  Communication and presentation skills
  High degree of responsibility
