  • Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for market development and channel system construction of Lexar storage products in the Australia/Japan region, formulating sales policies to achieve annual sales targets;
    2. Responsible for insight into national needs (overall market, competition, consumers, channels, market, etc.), formulating national product plans based on the results of the insights, and systematically and purposefully carrying out new market product deployment;
    3. Responsible for market channel construction, managing key account (KA) customers, agent management, and assisting and assessing the retail capabilities of channel customers.

任职要求

  • Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of overseas sales experience in consumer electronics products, Japanese can be used as a working language;
    2. Chinese, able to work long-term in the target country (Australia or Japan), adapt to the local culture;
    3. Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, proactive communication and cross-departmental cooperation ability;
    4. Responsible and enterprising, able to lead the team to actively respond to more category business, with a strong sense of achievement, a spirit of new market development, high self-motivation, and the ability to accept a high-intensity work pace.
