• Job Title: Private Equity Analyst
  You will work closely with senior professionals and contribute to investment decision-making processes, conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research. This position offers an excellent opportunity for any highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for investment.
  Responsibilities:
  - Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities by conducting financial analysis, including financial modeling and valuation.
  - Conduct industry research and analysis to identify attractive investment sectors and potential target companies.
  - Perform due diligence on target companies, including analyzing historical financial statements, assessing market positioning, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
  - Support the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  - Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies, including financial and operational metrics.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to support the deal execution process.
  - Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

任职要求

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
  - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
  -Fluency in verbal and written English.
