Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturer with few factories in China and sales offices as well.

职位描述

• 1. Operation management : oversee daily operation of the fab. Ensure smooth and efficient production process/ manage the scheduling and coordination of production runs. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  2. Technical oversight: supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of fab equipment. Monitor and optimize process parameters to maintain product quality. Implement and manage defects controlled and yield improvement programs.
  3. Team leadership: lead and mentor a team of engineers. Technicians and operators, conduct training sessions to ensure staff are up to date with latest technologies and processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Quality assurance: develop and enforce quality controlled procedures/ conduct regular audit and inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  5. Financial management : prepare and manage budgets for the fab./ monitor expenses and optimize cost-efficiency./ report financial performance to senior management.

任职要求

• o At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on fab operations.
  o Proven track record in managing a team and overseeing production processes.

  2. Technical Skills:
  o In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.
  o Familiarity with defect management systems and yield improvement techniques.
  o Proficiency in using fab management software and tools.
  o
  3. Soft Skills:
  o Strong leadership and communication skills.
  o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  o
  4. Certifications:
  o Relevant certifications English level 6, ISO 9001/IATF16949, or other quality management systems can be advantageous.
