1. Achieve financial ambition with end-to-end responsibility for all KPIs ((NES/PC%/L16/Product Mix, etc.) and enhance sell out to achieve sales target.
2. Be responsible for the target business sales and play both defense and offense on the target business.
3. Maintain and develop key account customer relationships by working all levels of the organization and identify their needs to provide technical advice and solution.
4. Looks for new opportunities in responsible key accounts and set up pipeline.
5. Cooperate with technical service team and other supporting teams to support business growth and trouble shooting and improve customer satisfaction level.
6. Works with supply chain/customer service team for forecast and inventory management and works with Finance team for customers’ payment collection.
7. Collect and analyze Henkel and competitor’s market share, technologies, strategies and activities.
8. Takes leading part in technical and commercial negotiation with responsible customers.
任职要求
-
1. Bachelor/master’s in engineering, science or business degree.
2. Excellent Chinese & English, communication capability in Chinese & English.
3. Rich Experience in sales and at least 3-years working experience in rail and/or electronics Industry.
4. Familiar with Rail industry.
5. Strong communication/negotiation skill with customer and internal cross-functions, project management skill as plus.
6. Positive thinking with good emotion control under pressure.
7. Proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft, and other applications as required.
8. Strong problem solving ,organization and time management skills.
9. Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
