• 【Brief description of the position】
  The position is responsible for related source distribution for production lines, including the manpower structure maintenance, process standard definition, capacity management and etc. Track productivity efficiency and coordinate the labor optimization according to annual business plan. Develop operators and qualification, verify operators to be promoted. Take value stream evaluation, optimize no value-added process, launch new technical facility to facilitate the production process. Interface to general facility management. Split the budget target for Body Shop into different statements. Build the whole-life workflow for Body Shop cost management and create standard cost approval system. Identify the deviation, optimize the cost process and finally achieve the budget target.
  
  【Key Tasks】
  According to the targets determined in the business plan of bodyshop, monitor the KPI of VBZ单车工时, achieve the annual F-ZEIT制造工时 and VBZ target, reduce the direct manpower cost.
  According to the targets determined in the business plan of bodyshop, monitor the KPI of HPU单车量份工时, achieve the annual HPU target, reduce the indirect manpower cost.
  evaluate the operation standard and provide continuous improvement measures, eliminate the NVAA非增值活动 and ergo unconformity.
  build up direct employee qualification systems and personnel skill matching. Make sure the availability of operators can meet the requirement of product quality.
  Build the detail budget for different items based on the Body Shop requirement and align with Finance departments.
  Create the complete process of cost inside Body Shop, which including cost apply, cost approval standard, cost payment and so on.
  Closely track the cost action status and make deviation analysis, find solution to make sure the budget target accomplished.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  Bachelor’s degree or above, automobile engineering, machinery engineering or relevant major.
  More than 3 years working experience about processing, BEMI, production and quality management.
  Professional competence about lean production and industrial engineering. PLC competence and VASS standard is preferred.
  Fluent English communication skills communication skills.
  Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
  Excellent comprehensive quality, team spirit, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people.
