• Key Tasks
  
  Coordination with product team and Function team on Technical Requirements analysis and specification of E/E component development.
  Project Management Budget, reporting, track; Steer/coordinate external resources.
  According to the vehicle project, coordinate with E/E function and component development and test team to define and develop EE functional and regulation requirements.
  Define cost estimation and resource planning by using project management to ensure the function development implementation.
  Establish and maintains different Stakeholders network of VGC, VWAG, JVs, supplier and VW Anhui internal to improve cooperation by developing, integration and testing.
  Create and manage error management system and process for Technical Project with support from different stakeholders to ensure EE functions.
  Manage suppliers and set up integration/testing team to ensure their delivery and result fulfill technical requirements and timeline.
  Propose and develop technical innovations and optimizations for use in platforms, project or research projects.
  Define Technical integration and testing plan at different stages of project with (Germany) project/testing team.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills required for the position
  
  Major in Computer Science, E/E, Automotive or relevant with Bachelor degree or above.
  More than 5 years’ working experience in automotive E/E project management or development.
  Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring).
  Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in all relevant EE related disciplines in theory and exercise.
  Highly team oriented and communication skills.
  Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory.
