• Tasks:
  -According to the company’s development strategic planning, the function definition and architecture, design the connectivity software services, meeting the company's different modular product requirements, while considering the development cycle, efficiency and quality standards.
  -According to project needs and market needs, carry out technical benchmarking and trend analysis on connectivity software functions and related backend, and cooperate with the team to improve the corresponding technical specifications (expectation / planning).
  -According to the vehicle project, coordinate with the connectivity software development and test team to define and develop china specific functional and regulation requirements to compliance Chinese standards.
  -Define cost estimation and resource planning by using project management to ensure the function development implementation.
  -Support to establish connectivity related business process and system to ensure end to end flow.
  -Establish and maintains different Stakeholders network of VWAG, JVs, CARIAD, VGC, supplier and VCTC internal to improve cooperation by developing, integration and testing.
  -Responsible for vehicle and backend integration (end-to-end, include testing).
  -Understand, evaluate and implement specific CHN function process and technical concept to fulfill the local homologation & cyber security requirements, epically software update management systems.
  -Establish and manage testing error fixing process with support from development and testing team in China and Germany.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  -University Studies: Automobile Engineering, Computer Science, Software engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. degree).
  -Long-standing experiences (> 3y) in Automotive electronic, connectivity development, IT, product & project management.
  Working experience in VW Group or related supplier / consulter is a plus .
  -• Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
  • Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in EE related areas, especially connectivity services
  • Good team player and communication skills
  • Basic knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture is a plus
  • Broad knowledge in software development process.
  • Good business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory.
