• Brief description of the position:
  Investment Controller responsible for Planning Round/Budget/Forecast of purchasing area. Consolidation and depreciation calculation.
  
  
  Key Tasks:
  Planning Round (next 5-10 years)/ Budget / FC / Actual calculation for investment purchasing area.
  After the investment approval, assisted the business department in the detailed planning of the investment project, including the project name and the corresponding budget.
  Control and approve the requirements of planned detailed projects.
  After the investment approval, it is responsible for tracking the implementation of the investment plan of the construction project, analyzing the implementation of the investment plan, and reporting the completion of the investment plan of the construction project to the superior department regularly.
  Planning Round (next 5-10 years)/ Budget / FC / Actual calculation for depreciation.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  
  Degree in finance, business administration, industrial engineering, accounting, economy, etc.
  More than 3 years of working experience in controlling is required.
  Financial knowledge in planning, budgeting and, forecasting.
  Costumer orientation, problem solving, process orientation and communication skills.
  Good language skills in English.
  German, SAP knowledge is a plus/favorable.
