Strategically assess customers, demonstrate nuance in your communication approach by
addressing each potential customer in a way that is comfortable and respectful for them.
Calling high potential customers where necessary.
Guide customers through the tougher pain points of compliance that are a part of the early
life journey.
Demonstrate the ability to articulate and understand the KPIs and key activities which drive
the performance of your portfolio of players.
任职要求
-
3-5 years demonstrated B2C sales and/or relationship management experience.
Demonstrated effectiveness at sustaining high value level relationships. Familiar with
American/Canadian culture.
2-3 years experience hitting productivity targets.
Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM
database management experience.
Ability to understand the implications of actions and make recommendations for solutions.
