职位描述

• Creation and coordination of the project schedule.
  Cross-departmental coordination of the project schedule, in particular with regard to the software VBV, I stage and pre-series planning.
  Requirements management: Coordination of project management requirements, clarification and escalation of unclear requirements (requester, technical relevance).
  Preparation of documents (e.g. traffic light sheets, project status, butterfly sheets) and presentation to the relevant committees (e.g. pilot hall, G4 committees, etc.)- Preparation and distribution of a management status report.
  Comprehensive supplier management (Group-internal or external system supplier) incl. organization and implementation of a regular meeting and review meetings, maintenance of an OPL and escalation if necessary.
  Organization and implementation of a core team meeting, first point of contact and coordinator for questions on technical details, distribution of enquiries to specialists.
  Report at appointments in WOB/VCTC e.g. status China round of the EAHP, briefing from AL and HAL.
  Representation of the project at VGC and VWA or (for projects with other JVs) organization and implementation of a regular meeting for coordination with the JVs.
  Preparation of requests (ÄKOs/AWEs/ ÄAs), coordination of content including assessable documents and obtaining approvals. Participation in the CCoB (Change Coordination Board) and presentation of change requests.
  Coordination with production, quality assurance, procurement. Coordination with the specialist group on battery-relevant topics in the powertrain.
  Participation in the RCB (Release Control Board) for issuing Level 1-4 releases incl. preliminary clarification of the release recommendation and also for P-release/B-release/BMG/ K-release

任职要求

• Minimum master's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, control science and engineering or similar.
  Minimum 3 years working experience of in HV-battery fields, ideally experience with series product design, working experience in companies of VW group is preferred.
  Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general.
  Deep knowledge of technical engineering procedures, knowledge of VW PEP is preferred.
  Profound competence in problem solving in projects.
  Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred
  Very good team player with good communication ability, high motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
