• Brief Introduction of the position：
  This position acts as the representation and communication interface from legal department with internal clients of the Volkswagen Smart E-mobility Hub entities on data protection, connectivity as well as technical product compliance and IT security matters. Work tasks of the position holder are to ensure legality of the business activities carried out by the Hub entities.
  
  
  
  Key Tasks
  To represent legal department in relevant ICV / IT related committees as well as working groups
  To act legal counsel for legal matters related to connectivity and autonomous driving, cyber / IT security and general IT
  To draft, review and provide support to negotiation of IT, connectivity and software license contracts
  To advise as legal counsel on technical compliance topics
  To support on preparation of enterprise IT and product / service IT related legal documents
  To draft, review and support monitor implementation of IT, data and cyber security policies from legal perspective

任职要求

• Working experience:
  
  5+ years of professional experience at Chinese or international law firms, or equivalent legal professional experience, preferably in the field of auto industry IT, data protection or cyber security
  
  Knowledge, skills and others:
  
  PRC judicial qualification
  Profound familiarity with business-related laws and regulations and judicial practice
  Native Mandarin speaker and proficient command of English as working language
  Mature and confident personality
  Ability to work independently, with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  Customer-oriented with strong self-motivation, well-organized with good sense of accountability and responsibility
  Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
