职位描述

• 1、通过海量用户场景数据，挖掘风险特征，制定业务解决方案，设计风控规则，平衡风险管控和增长体验；
  2、结合风控核心指标与业务核心指标，定量分析处理问题，沉淀通用解决方案，对风控策略和管控流程进行优化；
  3、调研业务侧风险诉求，设计完整防控链路，规划产品服务解决方案，不断优化迭代。
  4、沉淀策略体系，提升工作交付质量与业务支持效率。

任职要求

• 1、全日制统招本科，数学、统计学、计算机专业背景，有相关工作经验优先；
  2、具备较强的风险洞察能力和责任心，能够结合业务诉求，评估风险严重程度并制定解决方案，推进项目落实、规避风险；
  3、具备良好的沟通能力、项目推进能力，能主动协调多部门成员，建设项目效果衡量指标，确保方案高效落地，达到预期成果并持续优化；
  4、逻辑思维严谨，独立思考，善于分析问题并找到解决方案；
  5、数据驱动导向，能熟练使用数据驱动和策略产品方法论确定优化方向，制定可量化的数据目标，对最终结果负责。
