Job Responsibilities:
• Excellent network with key commodity decision-makers in 3C and medical industries.
• Independent experience in building and developing major International Clients’ Account with company business objectives.
• Strong commercial sense in reports and presentation.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key commodity personnel on their expectations.
• Work with factory team personnel in supporting and managing resources to meet company performance objectives.
• Work on sales strategies to meet target, volume and margin.
• Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an on-going basis.
• Routine Sales report and strategies to HQ.
• Work towards HQ Sales direction and objectives.
Requirements:
• Degree Holder
• Ability to develop excellent client’s relationship
• Have worked with manufacturing industry for component parts catered for 3Cs, medical and automotive industries.
• Familiar with silicone rubber, plastic injection and/or metal precision component non-functional parts.
• Work experience and excellent business relationships with major consumer companies’ commodity decision makers.
• Result orientated with minimum 8 to 12 years in sales role.
• Leadership capabilities, highly motivated by challenges and results driven.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strength in network with key leaders/decision makers of targeted companies is essential.
• English literacy an added advantage though not compulsory.
