• Brief Introduction of the position
  Ensure the joint connection quality of the cars produced in the series according to the approved standards for the SOP.
  Assure the improvement during the life of the model in order to achieve the Quality targets defined in the Continuous Improvement Process. Improve the existing quality standard in process to sink the quality costs
  
  Key Tasks
  Responsible for the tasks, activities and QA Concept implementation within his area of responsibility due to welding/ tightening Technik
  As a contact person of the production for welding/tightening quality assurance topics
  Preparation and maintenance of test documents for key point random testing and verification by means of TLD decomposition as well as ensuring their execution
  Planning of EMERGENCY strategy and process security including creation and plausibility check of rework concepts
  Carry out sampling checking and analyzing and problem tracking of important joint point(welding or tightening) through project start according to check plan
  Preparation of standardized evaluations and comparison of specification documents
  Pre-series support including awarding of the sample grade strength
  Report checking and summarizing result of important joint point and coordinate relevant work
  Issuance of the conditional release and the final release for welding or tightening processes
  Process assurance for key joint point and implement Reaction Concept in need
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
  Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

• Qualification and skills
  
  Education:
  Bechlor Degree in Engineering or other higher technical education: Preferably in Mechanical / automotive engineering/ material.
  
  Working experience:
  More than 2 years working experience in welding/screw Technik in Automotive company
  
  Knowledge, skills and others:
  Advanced automotive background with VW product knowledge.
  Detailed knowledge about production quality.
  Proficient with Word, excel and PowerPoint
  High degree of responsibility Detail observer
  Developer of solutions Passion of automotive industry Presentation techniques
  Willing to learn new knowledge and practicing
  Fluent in English; German is a plus
