• Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：
  The job holder is responsible for the Digital and Automotive Security topics in all hub entities of VCIC Anhui Branch, VCTC, VCTC TJ, VWA, DSSO etc. including the topics: Digital Security framework set-up; Process and standards Development and Establishment; Emergency Response Set-up for Crime Incident; Law Enforcement Collaboration; Digital Forensic; Security Advisory
  
  Key tasks:
  Set-up of a security-related framework with the relevant stakeholders in the area of Digital & Automotive Security
  Develop and establish emergency response mechanism towards Digital Crime scenarios
  Coordinate the appropriate activities of involved BU/entities according to predefined response plan in case response mechanism was triggered
  Track and assess the latest digital crime trends and threats in the industry, taking timely and appropriate defense measures, and sustainability improving prevention plans
  Establish and consolidate local process, standards and align with Group requirements in terms of Digital & Automotive Crime
  Collaborate and coordinate with internal BU and entities to monitor compliance with Digital & Automotive Security policies and procedures
  Conduct digital crime forensic including evidence obtaining, investigation, documentation of results in top management ready presentation as well as lessons learned
  Engage collaboration and communication with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and build up corresponding cooperation model
  Disseminate knowledge within organization: Perform Security Advisor; Develop and execute training for ensuring and increase the understanding and awareness of digital crime
  Interface and connect to Group Security China, Group Digital & Automotive Security and CSI(Car Security Incident)
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
  Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  Bachelor degree or above, with background in computer science, network security or related majors and relevant work experience.
  Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g. CISSP, CISA, etc.)
  Rich experience in data security and data crime forensics, familiar with common data crime methods and techniques, data security laws and regulations, understanding of data compliance requirements.
  Languages Skills: Chinese and English in writing and conversation mandatory; German as a plus
  IT Skills: MS Office

  o Excellent communications skills
  o Good network in VW Group and Digital & Automotive Security
  o High flexible and strong ability in managing changes in time
  o Proven Proactive problem solving skills, excellent organization skills
