• 岗位职责
  Responsibility
  1.主导设备评估&设备维修,组织预防性维护去减少设备停机时间,负责SMT相关设备选择回报收益率计算; Lead Equipment Evaluation & equipment maintenance,organize preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime, and be responsible for SMT-related equipment selection return rate calculation;
  2.总结和发行WI,设备相关的程序文件;
  Summarize and issue W1, equipment-related program files;
  3.负责设备备件管理,减少成本浪费;
  Responsible for equipment spare parts management, reduce cost and waste;
  4.与ME小组成员一起达成各项指标(设备安装调试、设备保养维修、设备动率、程序优化、协助良率改善);
  Work with M-leam to reach KP1 targets(machine install & debug、maintain&repair、machine efficiency Program optimize、Yield improvement);
  5.每月人员绩效考核,根据下属本月出勤和工作等方面准确评定 PAAP for engineer based on performance and attendance status.
  6.基于公司业务需求提前准备SMTME人员需求计划和成本预算;
  Prepare SMT ME personnel requirements plan and cost budget in advance based on the company's business needs;
  7.与多部门合作去达成生产计划和质量目标;
  Work with multiple departments to achieve production plans and quality goals;
  8.客户端异常处理，客户来访及拜访，及时了解客户端相关资讯 Custum visit response and complains follow.
  9.团队技术规划，团队成员的技能培训指导
  Team technical planning and skills training support.10.引导SMTME小组通过持续改善去寻找降低成本的机会,
  Lead the SMT ME team to find opportunities to reduce costs through continuous improvement.

任职要求

• 1.能力要求(教育、培训技能、经验)
  Requirement s(Education, Training, Skills and Experiences) 1.本科及以上学历;
  Bachelor degree or above;
  2.较好的英语听写说能力;
  Good English dictation and speaking skills;
  3.熟练的设备维护和编程能力,包含印刷机(DEK,MPM)/贴片机(YAMAHA系列,松下系列1/回流机(BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/自动点胶机:
  skilled equipment maintenance and programming ability, including printing machine(DEK,MPM)/placement machine(YAMAHA series,Panasonic series)/reflow machine(BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/automatic dispensing machine;
  4.熟悉SMT制造工艺,能根据设备,夹具能力分析产品缺陷并提出改善方法;
  Familiar with SMT manufacturing process, able to analyze products and defects according to equipment and fixture capabilities and propose improvement methods;
  5.有设备管理经验;
  Experience in equipment management;
  6.了解ISO 9000,TS16949,ISO 14000.Q0080000;
  Learn about ISO 9000,TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;
  7.具有领导团队改善SMT设备或工艺的成功案例;
  Have a successful case of leading the team to improve SMT equipment or process;
  8.最少5年SMT行业工作经验;
  At least 5 years working experience in 5MT industry;
  9.至少3年SMT设备经验
  At least 3 years SMT equipment experience.
