职位描述

• • Lead and manage the Industrial Design project, ensuring high-quality design output and innovation.
  • Develop and implement design strategies for IoT smart devices, electronic toothbrushes, and beauty devices projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and product management, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize AI software for design work, enhancing efficiency and creativity in the design process.
  • Conduct market research and analyze global trends to ensure the company’s products remain competitive in overseas markets.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure all designs comply with international standards and regulations, minimizing risks for U.S. and other overseas trips.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (Korean is optional), facilitating smooth collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

任职要求

• • Fully capable of speaking both English and Chinese (Korean is optional).
  • No risk for U.S. trips and other overseas countries.
  • Extensive global experience and background in overseas markets.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in IoT smart devices, electronic toothbrushes, and beauty devices projects.
  • Proficient in using AI software for design work.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Senior Industrial Designer.
  • More than 10 years of experience as a leader of an ID team (3 years of team leadership experience would be preferable).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise and experience in relevant design projects.
