• 【Brief description】
  Front-End Rear-End & Assembly Parts Development department is responsible for the development, analysis and improvement of bumper system parts (Bumper parts, Crash management System, Frontend, Towing Hook components or other parts related, according to the company strategy and project targets. Installment of development competences and building up the EKKA Team.
  
  【Key tasks】
  1.Development, review and approval recommendations in the area of bumper with illumination function, such as illuminated bumper cover, illuminated grille or illuminated trim parts.
  2.Work as the window with collaboration departments regarding illumination functions.
  3.Ensuring of legal compliance, technical quality, on time, in cost and budget delivery by analysis, evaluation, further development and appropriate project management.
  4.Drive proactively the implementation & improvement of current processes & working foundations.\
  5.Coordinate the bumper related topics between EK, other R&D department, Production department and Group, act as general contact from the department, regular communication with stakeholder and report to supervisors.
  6.Lead and assurance of the activities in the area of responsibility as well as the development of the components belonging to the department and ensuring compliance with all product requirements.
  7.Alignment regarding CAE Functional Development, achievement of the project requirements and coordination with other development departments in other companies of the Group.
  8.Selection and definition of development partner for the development of the part’s responsibility.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  1.Master/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
  2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in automotive exterior parts, at least 1 complete project experience of illuminated exterior parts.
  3.Multi-knowledge of plastic and light technologies(optic/thermal/defogging), familiar with laws of illuminated parts, experience of illuminated bumper or grille is preferred.
  4.Catia basic skill required, CAD Tools, etc. VW system is a plus (AVON, KVS, Connect, etc.).
  5.Fluently in Chinese & English.
