• 1.Organize engineering team and resources on product development and processes with the objective of “Design for manufacturing” and achievement of product leadership in the related industry
  2.Strong capability to establish, develop and lead highly disciplined engineering team
  3.Understand, communicate and manage the core needs of customers’ design and their requirements
  4.Update and aware of engineering dimensions in the context of market trend
  5.Ability to provide co-operation on engineering needs as required by other departments and dares to take ownership

任职要求

• 1.Degree in mechanical engineering or its equivalent
  2.Over 10 years relevant working experience in the related industry
  3.Excellent communicator with strong organizing and leadership skills
  4.Team player with the ability to co-relate with other department heads in achieving corporate objectives
  5.Knowledgeable in market requisites on engineering products
  6.Exposure with managing and leading industrial engineering
  7.Good rapport in interfacing and negotiation with local and global customers on product and engineering development
