• Responsibilities:
  • Lead UED design, including the content community.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process from strategy and interaction design to UI visuals.
  • Collaborate with product owners and managers to define requirements and deliver exceptional product experiences.
  • Conduct multi-channel research to understand target user needs, preferences, and aesthetics, and swiftly optimize existing products.
  • Monitor product data and user satisfaction closely, evaluate overall user experience, and propose improvements.

任职要求

• Requirements:
  • A designer with product manager traits, capable of defining requirements, considering technical feasibility, and designing information architecture and functionalities from a user perspective.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field; over 3 years of experience in content communities, internet, or hardware product design with a proven track record of commercial product success and implementation.
  • Strong empathy for users, leading various user insights and research activities to translate user needs and pain points into product requirements.
  • Proficient in various design methodologies and adaptable in applying them; in-depth understanding of design principles and standards for Web and App platforms.
  • Passionate about cutting-edge technology and design exploration, highly self-motivated with experience in driving team performance.
  
  Preferred:
  • Background in the internet industry with a strong interest and unique understanding of hardware products.
  • Proficient in English communication, with sensitivity to international perspectives (experience in overseas study/work or international product design).
