• Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：
  
  
  
  The position is responsible for the product support of vehicle electrics. Carry out field monitoring to recognize the new topic and share the information with relevant parties to improve product quality, release technical solution to support the dealer to solve the problem. Steer of repair concept for vehicle electrics.
  
  
  Key tasks:
  
  
  
  Support relevant parties to analyze and solve the customer complaint about vehicle electrics from DISS, Call Center, RTM or other resources.
  Escalate and reply the vehicle electric problems inquiry from DISS as role Level 3 for domestic market and as role Level 4 for export market.
  Prepare PCC about vehicle electric topics to start FAP process., and create KPM ticket if necessary.
  Participate FAP meeting about vehicle electric topics and track the main checkpoint to solve the problem.
  Prepare aftersales measure based on the FAP result for vehicle electric problems and create TPI incl. all relevant information.
  Organize TPIs releasing, to support dealer to solving the customer complaints about vehicle electrics, and if necessary provide training for dealers.
  Analyze field & vehicle data of RTM, SAGA, DISS, AQUA, etc, to identify the field problems about electrics.
  Classify and document the vehicle electric topics, based on failure description, failure mode, repair solution, etc.
  Regularly organize the workshop about vehicle electrics, to exchange the field complaints, technical information, analysis results and lessons learned.
  Complete other tasks which is from team leader.
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
  Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

• Qualification and skills:
  
  
  
  University Bachelor degree or above.Major: Automotive or Mechanics or relevant majors
  Experience in project management methods and technics in all project phases
  Skills in analytical thinking, strategy and planning
  Experience working in an international working environment and in cross-functional project teams
  Very good communication skills (target group oriented and culturally sensitive)
  Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment (deal with uncertainties and master high pressure)
  Fluent in Chinese and English, German would be beneficial
