职位描述

• Responsibilities 工作职责：
  1. According to market forecast, sales data and production volume, conduct data analysis and
  develop plant planning master plan & strategies. Be able to keep good communication with
  customers and focus on meeting customer requirements.
  (根据市场预测，销售数据和生产量，去分析和完善工厂生产计划和制定战略方针。能够很
  好的和客户沟通 尽可能的满足客户要求)
  2. Have the capability to leverage customer demand and plant production capacity, and
  optimize production plan.
  有能力协调客户需求与工厂生产产能，并且优化生产计划
  3. Control the plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis. Be familiar with MRP
  process and need work out effective purchasing plan via MRP process.
  控制工厂库存，分析库存，处理库存. 熟练MRP 流程， 制定出高效的采购需求。
  4. Perform annual budget related to long term planning, purchasing planning and inventory
  planning.
  根据全年的预算制定出长期的采购、计划和库存计划。
  5. Project transfer associated material activities.
  项目转移相关的物料事宜。
  6. Will be the team supervisor of Planning function, assist planning manager to accomplish
  any tasks as required efficiently
  有效完成计划主管指派的各项任务。

任职要求

• 1. College or above 大专及以上学历
  2. Minimum of 5 years MPS experience 至少5 年的生产和物料计划i 经验
  3. CET-4 大学英语四级
  4. Project management 具备一定项目管理经验
  5. Be of Accountability 较强的责任心
