• Brief description of the position:
  
  Electrification System Project Mgmt. is the electrification system project leader, who is mainly responsible for the electrification system project management for CEA project. He/She should be responsible for the development time plan, budget management, technical requests, release management etc. leading the professional team's work and supplier work, communicate with vehicle project team.
  
  Key Tasks:
  
  To approve the preparation of the electrification system of CEA project that in the earlier phase, including the organization to evaluate the technical feasibility, estimate the cost of the project, and evaluate the completion time of project and important milestones.'
  
  According to the development process, make the development plan of electrification system and sub-parts, and manage the professional team to push the development work according to the electrification system milestone and vehicle project milestones.
  
  Control the progress of localization and electrification system & sub-parts development, ensure the progress meet the project requirements, and control the project risk.'
  
  Estimate, declare, track and control project resources and costs, negotiate development costs with WOB, JV and component supplier.
  
  Communicate with R&D, marketing, finance, purchasing, quality assurance, logistics and other related external departments of WOB, VGC and electrification system component factory to ensure the smooth cooperation.
  
  Control the technical change(Aeko, and AEA).
  
  Represent EA sub-department to report the electrification system project status, problem solving status in committee (EA-TG, PH, Aeko Runde, Project meeting, technical meeting).'

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  
  Bachelor degree or above, majored in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering other related fields.
  
  More than 5 years working experience in mainstream automobile company, working experience in VW JV company is preferred.
