• 【Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility】
  The TPL is responsible for technical project steering related matters of R&D in R&D project. TPL leads R&D overarching technical project teams over the whole lifecycle from defined project milestone (like PS, PF, BF, …) to EOP comprising new projects and model years.TPL is responsible for the whole vehicle development and achievement of the technical project targets
  【Key Tasks】
  Vehicle professional knowledge
  Planning, operative steering and following up of whole vehicle and function related development targets: cost and unit cost, functions, maturity releases, techniques, quality, legal requirement and environment requirements for one vehicle project
  Responsible for Steering project milestones to reach R&D related project targets. Preparation for product team decisions in alignment with R&D process partner, R&D technical departments and product management
  execute Technical meeting within R&D project with other BUs representatives (Fachgruppensprecher) to steer the development of project. coordinate with FGS to solve the items in project.
  Define and release measures in case of target deviations; decisions in technical areas overarching conflicts; announcement of risks, and realize measures for operative management
  Represent R&D project team in product committees, and project committees , like Product Team, pilot hall etc.
  Consolidation and plausibility of development costs. Manage project development cost and facilitate to decision documents

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level
  1-2 years work experience in technical project steering, project speaker
  Vehicle professional knowledge
  Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
  Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures
  Good presentation and communication skills
  Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player
  Engineering Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
  Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken)
