• Brief description of the position：
  To conduct the robust maintenance management of the test equipment and test benches in R&D workshops and ensure a stable running of test and prototype production.
  
  Key Tasks:
  Responsible for Maintenance activities. Ensure all safety standards are met during maintenance activities.
  Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime
  Leading and plan maintenance actions. Preventive, Planned and Crisis Maintenance.
  Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic equipment malfunctions and take appropriate measures for repairs.
  Coaching in continuous improvement, standardization, and lean concepts
  Coordinate skilled personnel during breakdowns to fix the issue with the minimal disturbance. Ensure resources are planned during the breaks.
  Be point of contact to local vendors and commodity suppliers regarding equipment issues.
  Providing input on new equipment design and purchase. Supporting new equipment planning as required
  Lead quality related actions that imply machine reliability improvements.
  Drive maintenance cost and budget control.

任职要求

• Qualification and Skills:
  Bachelor Degree or higher education in Engineering, Industrial or Mechanical/ Electrical/Automation engineering preferred. Equivalent experience accepted
  At least 5 years working experience for hydraulic equipment related work in Automotive industrial field
  Ability to optimize equipment programs and trouble shoot issues to identify root cause
  Excellent communicator who can train team members
  Must be self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
  Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
