• 【Brief description of the position】
  This position has a governance and control function related to real estate related topics. The Real Estate Governance Role was created to protect the interests of the Company and ensures compliant and audit able management of CREM processes of the Company.
  
  【Key Tasks】
  Overall management of RE activities (initiate projects, secure financing, budgeting, preparing committee approvals, monitoring)
  Overall RE responsible position as per KRL 52 requirements and single point of contact as RE manager
  Local steering of regulations and guidelines designing, implementation & monitoring
  Independent valuation and recommendation for local decision making of local real estate projects in cooperation with RECA
  Development of the real estate business strategy in line with Regional Real Estate Strategy
  Regional Reporting on projects, strategies, policies, guidelines to RECA

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  Education: Degree in Laws, Architecture, Civil Engineering and/or Degree in Corporate Real Estate related studies (MRICS, MBA, etc.), Degree in Facility Management
  Work Experience: At least 10 years in the real estate branch, Relevant working experience in multinational companies with broad experience in positions with CREM scope (min. 2 different positions) Relevant working experience in preferably multinational companies
