• Brief Introduction of the position
  
  Ensure the Quality product and process standards in the project work of the company's car models. Ensure the timely and accurate information delivery to help QA management do the department steering. Bring all Quality contents and targets into the car projects of VW Anhui. Ensure the quality status in Pilot-hall pre-series phase.
  As a project cooperator to manage full project lifecycle, include planning, process analysis, development, testing, training, and implementation.
  Responsible for working with the Product management to understand the technology roadmap for VWA and how this technology roadmap impacts the business processes in Quality and its various interfaces.
  Participate and represent Quality Assurance in all planning phase meetings and transfer the information timely.
  Push, follow up and verify the problem modification.
  Assist the qualification for factories and employees.
  
  
  Key Tasks
  
  Manage project after handover to VW Anhui: planning, process analysis, development, testing, training, and implementation.
  Planning: Establish / maintain a launch support team for market introductions. Create and update problem specific quality status sheets (traffic light sheets). Communicate and follow-up tasks with the different areas within QA, and then provide status feedback to the planning teams.
  Meeting: Participate and represent Quality Assurance in all planning phase meetings.
  Meeting: Support the preparation of “Pilot Halls” and all necessary documentation and presentation according to the standards.
  Steering: Inform Quality Management Team immediately about any problems during planning phase, and keep it always up to date about progress of “Pilot Hall” preparation.
  Steering: Ensure that all relevant data is identified and analyzed (Field, Customer satisfaction, Prognosis, FIS-eQs.). Provide prognosis and forecasting data to QA management to department steering.
  Steering: Communicate all findings or potential problems directly to responsible areas in the factory or technology docking department and organize the fix or at least a resolution process. And document resolution steps and reported to the Quality Management.
  Steering: Supporting on-site follow-up work in product and process related activities to fault adjustment and avoidance and verify the implementation of the improvements or solving measures that have been identified
  Qualification: Participating in the preparation of the qualification plan for follow-up work and monitoring the implementation
  Qualification: Assisting the employees to be qualified in the plant to ensure product center partners to understand the product
  Performing the regular comparison with the other contact partners (QPL VWAG), and the follow-up works as well as if necessary. Trademarks concerning process standards, procedures and quality results in Field.

• Qualifications and skills
  
  Academic requirements:
  Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administrative or other higher technical education
  Specific Training:
  Knowledge of Processes of the Automobile Industry
  Knowledge of Quality Methods: VDA, FMEA, QPN, 8D, Six Sigma, PMP...
  Languages:
  Influence in English; German is a plus
  Experience:
  1-5 years of Process Definition Experience
  Experience in the Automobile Company
  Other factors of Competition:

  Knowledge of VW Group Systems (TEVON, BeON, etc)
