职位描述

• Tasks：
  -To ensure correct execution of test according to VW Test Procedures (EP, PV, TL, etc.) including technical measurements prior, during, and at the end of test and test execution
  -To supervise the correct set up of test bench before starting the test: calibration of sensors and test equipments, signal quality and response, mounting, instrumentation, alignment, etc.
  -To analyze and to report the test results in a standard format, including technical release, findings, results, and conclusions.
  -To agree in some cases with VWAG test programs for specific components.
  -To plan the test program in a standard format, to control timing, to document deviations, and to report to project coordinators
  -To participate in meetings with customers of areas of R&D to define test programs, timings, amount of samples, to give input for product improvement, etc.
  -To hold a permanent communication with the specialists in EGEB in VWAG, to discuss test results, test requirements, deviations, new test developments, etc.
  -To coordinate the design and manufacturing of test rigs and devices, in time and quality, necessary for the test bench under his/her responsibility.
  
  
  Qualification and skills:
  -Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
  -More than 3 years
  -• Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in relevant topics in theory and practice
  • Team working, good analytical skills, self-motivation
  • Software: MPT, RPC, Matlab, Hyperworks, ABAQUS, Ncode, Tecware, ect.
  • Good technical communication skills in English (written and spoken), German language is desired
