• Brief description of the position：
  
  Establishing, localizing and developing process management standards and methods. Systematically analyzing with internal/external benchmark, evaluating and designing comprehensive systems, structures and processes in Volkswagen Anhui organization to optimize product design, process design and quality improvement. Standardizing IE business and work process, to improve work efficiency.
  
  
  
  Key tasks：
  
  Defining production process for new project. During new project pre-production, verify and optimize the process plan, defining the ideal processes and standard operating procedures with 3PP-WS, 3PA-WS etc. Output process sequence etc. document.
  Defining standard work time for production. Using MTM method to analysis the operating process and evaluate the F-Zeit and modify the sequence due to the Akeo/AWE.
  Responsible for process changes management for series production. Including evaluate F-Zeit, implement process changes（ÄKO, ÄA, process change request), red point application management; Ensure change management are effectively managed and documented.ion.
  Improving productivity. During the series production, discovering and eliminating the waste with IE method to decrease design-related manufacturing times (EHPV*) and product times( F-Zeits), to improve productivity and achieve lean production.
  Direct position plans of each shop management. Tracking position changes and following up on the optimization of relevant department.
  Monitoring the productivity KPIs (Harbour-HPU, In-plant HPU, F-Zeit, VBZ, direct/indirect workers in shop levels), analyzing the reasons of the KPI non-compliance, take measures to control the KPI targets.
  Accounting for work hours and position requirements designed for outsourcing manufacturing, for confirming staffing costs and outsourcing decisions.
  Standardizing IE business and work process. Reducing work time and communication cost, to improve work efficiency.
  Benchmark with other car plant. Learning better manufacturing process and promoting it implementation.
  Summary work experience and share with team members. By learning from each other, improve the team competitiveness.

任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in IE or ME.
  3 to 8 years in process area in OEM, experience in Volkswagen Group will be better.
  Proficient in IE&process technique and operation process incl. KPS, VBZ, HPU,PFMEA,HC, Labor cost management
  Skilled in AP, SAP, Catia and KVS system
  Familiar with the knowledge of quality system
  Strong skills in project management & project leadership
  Convincing, persuasiveness and goal oriented
  Fluent English in writing and speaking.
  Strong critical thinking, prioritization and analytical skills while providing insights to drive.
