• Brief description of the position:
  
  Manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC, Utility and electrical automation systems, develop relevant management system documents, ensure the normal and stable operation of the automation system. Organize suppliers to conduct regular inspections and spot checks on the instruments and meters in the factory area to reduce equipment failure rates and improve operational efficiency.
  
  
  
  Key Tasks:
  
  Responsible for updating, maintaining, and repairing the hardware and software of automation instrument equipment, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
  Operate and maintain the HVAC, Utility and electrical control backend, and be responsible for related upgrades and renovations.
  Establish management system documents: Develop control technical standards for electricity meters, flow meters, valves, etc., and promote implementation and improvement.
  Train and evaluate operators and maintenance personnel.
  Energy consumption management, analyze and control the energy consumption in the plant.
  Operation and maintenance of the automatic lifting door control module.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  
  Bachelor's degree or above,Automatic control major.
  At least 5 years working experience in factory automation.
  Proficient in Office software, including CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  Good communication skills and team spirit.
  Familiar with databases, programming, and various on-site equipment.
  Fluent in English specially, can be used as working language.
