• Brief Introduction of the Introduction
  
  As a pre-series order manager, we are the source of guidance for downstream logistics and production preparation.
  Data maintenance for whole vehicle order in system, and release orders on time. Certificate of conformity to ensure all work goes smoothly.
  
  
  Key Tasks
  
  1.Oganize VST meeting
  2.Generate the pre-series orders accurately and on time according to the previous input of order demand list.
  3. Work closely with projects and disposition to manage pre-series orders for all phases of the project.
  4. Establishment and maintenance of production control system classification numbers for each model
  5. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the order system goes live on time.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills
  
  At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  Familiar with automobile structure and manufacturing process. Be familiar with or have a general understanding of order system of Group, IFA, FIS, MBV/MBT.
  With good communication skills and team spirit. Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative and work efficiently under high pressure.
  Proficient in the use of OFFICE software. Data analysis software such as power BI or Python are preferred.
  CET 6 or above, Good English or German listening, speaking and writing skills. German proficiency is preferred.
