• Brief description of the position:
  • Welding assembly efficiency and cost management:
  • Be responsible for the comprehensive formulation of the improvement plan for the welding assembly efficiency and cost.
  • Formulate reasonable cost control targets and strive to reduce production costs.
  • Conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of the costs in the production process.
  
  Key Tasks:
  • Be responsible for the comprehensive formulation of the improvement plan for the welding assembly efficiency and cost, including clarifying the goals, formulating specific strategies, and implementing the steps.
  • Carry out the optimization work of pre-batch and post-batch welding assembly in an organized and planned manner to ensure that the optimization effect meets the expectations.
  • Actively and deeply participate in the 3PP, 3PA, 3PL seminars in the welding assembly area and put forward constructive and feasible opinions.
  • Assist in promoting the popularization of the production system in the welding assembly area, including assisting in formulating the promotion plan and implementation plan.
  • Refine and optimize the layout of the workstations in the welding assembly workshop to increase the space utilization rate and production efficiency.
  • Pay close attention to the welding assembly operation tempo, and promptly discover the problems that affect the production efficiency and propose solutions.
  • Thoroughly analyze various wastes in the production process, formulate practical measures to reduce waste, and drive the implementation.
  • Ensure the balanced state of the production line, and reasonably adjust the work tasks and personnel arrangements to achieve the maximum production efficiency.
  • Assist in carrying out value stream management, and find out the key nodes for optimizing the production process and the direction for improvement.
  • Closely cooperate with the project development and provide professional welding assembly technical support and suggestions for the project team.
  • Focus on the standardized operation of employees, and promptly correct the operation behaviors that do not meet the standards to ensure production quality and safety.
  • Discover various waste phenomena existing in the production site, including waste in materials, energy, etc., and take effective measures to improve them.
  • Track the implementation effect of the improvement measures, and make timely adjustments and optimizations according to the actual situation to ensure the best effect.
  • Systematically collect relevant data of the welding assembly production and conduct in-depth research and analysis using professional analysis methods.
  • Establish good collaborative relationships with other departments, and jointly solve the problems that arise in the production process to improve the synergy and efficiency of production.
  • Participate in the improvement and innovation work of the welding assembly process.
  • Formulate reasonable cost control targets and strive to reduce production costs through effective cost management means.
  • Conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of the costs in the production process, promptly discover cost abnormal situations, and take measures to make adjustments.
  • Continue to learn and study new welding assembly technologies and improvement methods, and continuously improve one's own professional quality and ability.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • More than 3 years related working experience in the field of Production, Production System and related knowledge about Lean Production (e.g. Production management, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, process optimization, and project management, etc.);
  • Good spoken and written ability in English. German is a plus;
  • Proficient in using office software;
