职位描述

• Densifying the potential and challenges in manufacturing system, enable practicable solutions with IE measurements incl. lead-time shorting, value stream analyzing, production-pace controlling, takt time reducing optimization and factoring in disturbances.
  Establishing and improving IE process standard and work instruction including headcount management, sequence management, MTM modularity, ergonomic assessment etc. according QMS standard to measurement and optimize process management quality.
  Establishing and improving IE measurement information management standard and system according QMS standard and lean production to optimize process management quality.
  Regularly tracking, reviewing and improving IE measurements, process standard and work instruction implementation problems and status.
  Establishing and improving the MTM method, modularity standard and data base to optimize the method of define worktime and improve team competitiveness.
  Establishing, localizing and developing the EAWS/HWD concept for ergonomic assessment to optimize product designing and process designing.
  Developing and improving an ergonomic assessment process standard, work instruction and system suitable for VWA.
  The ergonomic assessment of operators for workshops, find and solve problems to optimize ergonomic of operators.
  Establishing and improving the IE measurements, process standards knowledge database and system, train employees and improve team competitiveness.
  Organizing process conformance audit for IE regularly, tracking and solving process implementation problems.

任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in IE or ME.
  3 to 8 years in process area in OEM, experience in Volkswagen Group will be better.
  Proficient in IE& process technique and operation process incl. KPS, VBZ, HPU, PFMEA, HC, Labor cost management
  Skilled in AP, SAP, Catia and KVS system
  Familiar with the knowledge of quality system
  Strong skills in project management & project leadership
  Convincing, persuasiveness and goal oriented
  Fluent English in writing and speaking.
  Strong critical thinking, prioritization and analytical skills while providing insights to drive.
