【Brief description】
This position holder is in charge of all HV Charging System Function Development topics in Region China. It acts as a powerful interface among all brands in Europe Beijing、 JVs and group component plants in China.
The position ensures the leading of projects of vehicle platform and component development, release, localization, integration and validation of BEV HV-Charging system function development according to strategy and project targets.
The core responsibility consists of organizational ramp up, achievement of cost targets and alignment on development related issues in Region China.
【Key Tasks】
Leading and responsible for charging system function development (Function definition, AC&DC charging speed & charging efficiency, simulation evaluation) and charging system test (bench test, brand vehicle IOP & conformance test), trouble shooting, KPM management and also project work (AWS, RASI, time plan, risk management and problem solving) for all BEV projects in the whole China region.
Leading of the HV charging system development & release in region China for NEV platforms.
Leading of the EAEC development & release for related projects in China region:
-Responsible for project-success/-output within the defined time, quality and budget
-Ensure smooth launches by enabling fast change management processes (until SOP +3months)
-Harmonization and tracking of results and criteria.
Task force support for critical issues of charging system development in the whole China region:
-aligning the tasks with headquarter and JVs.
-representing the technical development according to charging related tasks at local authorities.
-ensure a continuous lesson learned process implementation in the series projects.
Competitor benchmark and cost analysis of high voltage charging and to ensure the competitiveness in China Market.
Align and provide reasonable China market requirements (local Lastenhaft) in order to early influence platform development in German headquarter.
Buildup and guarantee of in-house testing facilities for charging system in alignment with Group Component (e.g.: joint powertrain integration lab) in order to build up internal know-how and speed up development.
Test drive support service for BEV projects in China:
-Supporting official test drives of EG and GQ in the whole China region.
-Support analysis of charging system function related issues in China.
Leading the EAEC team organization buildup and implementation of development competence and resources in the whole China region (e.g. concept development, in house and external testing in VW JVs and 3rd parties).
Responsible for content preparation for the report of BEV High Voltage Charging system related topics in regional committees(C-VAT, C-TG) and Brand/Group committees in case of regional representation.
Responsible for the preparation of charging system function strategy topics discussion, road map alignment and new concept presentation in Group Management Driving events such as KAF, MAF and MMD.
任职要求

【Qualification and skills】
Bachelor in Mechatronic Engineering, automotive engineering or similar.
Minimum 5 years of working experience within the R&D, at least 3 years working experience in E-mobility topics.
High intercultural competence, international experience, good networking within in the Group and beyond.
At least 5 years' experience in Group R&D department and at least 3 years working experience in E-mobility topics.
Good understanding of vehicle issue failure analysis, and well know with PEP process and related R&D tools.
Fundamental knowledge and technical background of MEB Charging system.
The development and release processes need to be well understood and know how to apply and be optimized in demanding situations.
Furthermore, a good understanding of requirements management, functional safety concepts, Software- and Hardware development processes, innovation & technologies in the field of e-Mobility and Digitalization.
