• 【Brief description of the position】
  As an expert on Aluminum Casting, deeply participant in the projects and take significant effects from the technical perspective with the solid competence on Alu material and casting technology. Guarantee the Alu casting technology is successfully introduced and deployed in the new products during the complete project phases.
  
  【Key Tasks】
  Technical Investigation and feasibility analysis from product, material and process perspectives in the early phase.
  On-site problem-solving to specific manufacturing topics when pre-series production starts.
  Ensure the pilot running and production can be smoothly operated from Alu-casting perspective.
  Provide direct and instant technical consultancy to Department Head and project team.
  Knowledge sharing and experience exchange within project organization aimed for excellent project output.
  Communicate and coordinate with other involved departments, suppliers and service providers.
  Optimizing new products and invent optimized process in considering of interests of the company.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  Bachelor's degree in Material Technology / Machinery /Mechanical Engineering.
  More than 5 years' related working experience in automotive industry, at least 3 years' experience on Alu casting technology and projects.
  Familiar with Alu-casting technology and solid project practical experience.
  Familiar with vehicle manufacturing systems
  Familiar to car body structure and BIW knowledge
  Strong coordination ability, as well as the ability of profound analytical thinking
  Good presentation skills.
  Proficient language skills in English (written and oral)
