• Brief description of the position:
  
  Before nomination the single part planer will participate in the supplier selection by supporting the QTR and the supplier audit process when necessary.
  The development of suppliers after nomination to ensure part quality, production volume and project timing for cold formed press-parts will be handled by the production planning in cooperation with the purchasing department.
  The single part planner will be responsible for press-parts parts, interfacing between supplier, body shop, logistic, purchasing, quality, external service providers (engineering / try-out) and R&D to ensure that the parts, he is responsible for, will achieve the contracted quality according to the agreed time line.
  
  
  Key tasks:
  Be supervising the supplier and sub-suppliers, coordinating technical change requests by providing up-dates on product data to the supplier for evaluation, technically evaluating quotations for product or process changes (AEKO process).
  Be supporting the purchasing department in the negotiations for technical changes by providing technical insights on cost claims.
  Organize project meetings and quality reviews with the participation of relevant departments in the car plant and/or at the suppliers.
  Approve technical concepts, production method plans, die and fixture designs, rack concepts and raw materials together with the relevant departments and with the support of external service providers. He will support the part supplier to interface with the technical development department in order to improve manufacturing feasibility, discuss technical changes by using the SKD-process.
  Support the part supplier to interface with the quality department in order to improve part quality including organizing meetings, part submissions, audits, etc.
  Verify the capacity by doing run@rate checks (2TP) at the suppliers as well as follow up on the production performance of the suppliers.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  Applicant should be able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese, German language is a plus.
  Experience of at least three years in press-parts required (in press-shop, purchased
  parts, press die development or quality department).
  Knowledge about Volkswagen standards, processes and systems a plus: KVS, DPS,
  BeOn, Avon, EDS, BMG, PEP, QTR, RPS, PMP, SKD, ENP etc. is a plus.
  Experience in manufacturing feasibility, method plan validation, die design principles,
  stamped part surface audit, measurement process validation, SPC, rack design
  principles and validation is a plus.
  A high degree of responsibility and professionalism with self-organizing skills are
  required for this position as well as communication skills and the ability to work with MSoffice
  to create consistent presentations and Catia to make product version comparisons.
  Experience in a cross-cultural work environment is a plus.
