职位描述

• Range of responsibility：
  • The trainer's tasks in the training and lean center focus on conducting practical training under the premise of knowledge of principles, methods and implementation of the Group's production system. Conducting basic skills and professional room trainings as well as basic method trainings (Lean trainings). Accompanying and conducting workplace trainings developing concepts mainly in paint shop
  Key tasks：
  • Establish and conduct training within the production system
  • Technical training for BC & WC with a diverse range of skills according to the needs of the business areas
  • Facilitation of fundamental skill training to paint shop production and Quality assurance
  • Implement standard trainings according to the product preventive or problem solving activities
  • Conduct new training needs and establish and align courses
  • Continuous improvement of courses as product owner, include evaluation of held training and reflection on the facilitation and optimization of the course
  • Training establishment of Fundamental skills and Lean Training
  • Design of practical and theoretical training content for learning stations /basic training courses for dual program
  • Constant analysis of and alignment with future topics regarding education, qualification and development
  • Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
  • Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills：
  • 5 years experience in assembly production or scope related work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience as trainer in production system and fundamental skills
  • technical understanding
  • Chinese native speaker
  • Good Microsoft skills (PPT, excel, word etc.)
