职位描述

• -Understanding, building & optimizing the product request and change request process for connectivity area in EEC or above OU.
  
  -Steering product request and change request committee in connectivity area .
  
  -Collaborating with benchmarking team to join connectivity forum or auto-show for trend scouting .
  
  -collaborating with product and project team to make rough effort estimation for new product request or change request.
  
  -Collaborating with technical team to conduct technical feasibility check for new product request or change request.
  
  -Making a draft technical specification of new product request or change request based on feasibility check & effort estimation.
  
  -Reporting the new product request or change request to higher committee and management.
  
  -Project management for tracking the new product request to project status.
  
  -Collaborating with EECX budget controller, product and project team on product request and its budget approval.

任职要求

• -University Studies: Computer Science, Software engineering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. degree).
  
  -Long-standing experiences (> 5y) in Automotive electronic, connectivity development, product management, project management.
  
  Working experience in VW Group or related supplier / consulter is a plus .
  
  -Transversal Skills: Creativity, Solution oriented, passion and appreciation of people
  
  • Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
  
  • Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in EE related areas, especially connectivity services
  
  • Good team player and communication skills
  
  • Basic knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture is a plus
  
  • Broad knowledge in product request and change request
  
  • Good business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory.
