职位描述

• Range of responsibility:
  
  • Conduct technical communication with internal clients and the design institute for the project request.
  • Steer the civil structure system design together with the design institute.
  
  Key tasks：
  
  • Check and confirm civil structure system drawings and BOQ.
  • Prepare the tender documentation including planning tender and construction tender.
  • Manage and coordinate the construction site in terms of civil structure system progress (milestone), quality, safety, investment, acceptance.
  • Solve the civil structure system technical issues arising from the construction site.
  • Review the change request including the confirmation of the quantities and the unit rate estimation.
  • Conduct final settlement of the civil structure system in the contract: including the as-built drawing checking and quantity review.
  • Conduct civil structure system project documentation classification & archive.
  • Establish technical standards for civil structure materials and system construction, and promote the implementation and improvement.

• Qualification and skills：
  
  • Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
  • Have an objective attitude in admitting mistakes and perform active in offering solutions.
  • Advanced in civil structure system planning with good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
  • More than 5 years working experience in the field of civil structure system planning and construction management; working experience in a large automotive company is preferred.
  • Strong professional knowledge and skills in civil structure system.
  • Proficient in Autocad and Office softwares.
