  Business Model Design position under head of Corporate & Commercial Management is pivotal role in describing how an organization creates, delivers and captures value. The role ensures that VCTC business model in terms of how to address revenue streams is defined and always up-to-date.

  Business Model Design position under head of Corporate & Commercial Management is pivotal role in describing how an organization creates, delivers and captures value. The role ensures that VCTC business model in terms of how to address revenue streams is defined and always up-to-date.
  
  
  Key Tasks:
  
  Ensure stakeholders understand the benefits of adopting new processes or models.
  Perform customer research and competitive analysis. Provide relevant industry insights and perspectives.
  Apply design and business principles to projects. Develop new, disruptive models.
  Understand relevant business strategies, cost structures, competitive landscapes, needs and non-negotiable wins.
  Ensure all aspects of a business model align with the customer's desired experience.
  Develop road maps and plans for new business models.
  Evaluate customer problems and needs and interpret them through a business lens.
  Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations
  Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and risk registers
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder
  Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
  
  
  Qualification and skills required for the position:
  
  University studies with a masters or doctoral degree
  Minimum 8 years of experience in business model design or experience in equivalent fields
  Experience preferred in China
  Action-oriented, human-centered, creative and innovative thinking skills
  Familiar with business modeling and business development philosophy
  Mandarin & English language skills as must, German as a plus
  Good connection within the VW Group in Germany and China
