职位描述

• Participate in the new product pre-phase in order to analyze the feasibility of the process for new products. Propose modifications to the product in order to achieve adequate quality and minimum manufacturing cost and investments.
  Design, planning and implementation of manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
  Definition,Planning, and specification development for the necessary manufacturing equipment.
  Manage the bidding process. Comparison and acceptance of offers and suppliers (only technical aspects).
  Manage the implementation process of equipment (design, schedule, PFMEA, coordination VW Anhui-supplier, implementation. test…) till production’s acceptance.
  Lead the optimization workshops (structure workshop, layout workshop, WS 3P).
  Implementation of the necessary measures to comply with the legal requirements and VW standards regarding safety and environment.
  Management of product changes (Aekos).

任职要求

• Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
  Advanced in equipment planning, equipment management methods and concepts, with good communication skills and team spirit.
  Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
  Bachelor degree or above.
  At least 3 years' experience in maintenance, technology and management of equipment on production site in a large automotive company.
  Proficient in assembly process, familiar with assembly project development process, assembly production line equipment and logistic.
  Familiar with quality management system (ISO9001,ISO14001…)
  Proficient in Catia and other 3D and 2D programs.
