• Brief description of the position:
  Product controlling ensures the achievement of these financial KPIs by financial coordination of all car projects and product specific target setting for direct costs, fixed costs and other expenses / Material Costs Manager from the Product controlling responsibilities s focused on the material costs of the car, which is represents around 80% of the overall costs of car projects.
  
  Key Tasks：
  Independent development of component targets values based on technical information and harmonization with R&D and purchasing department
  
  Execution of continuous, transparent tracking and presentation of material costs status, inc. optimization analyses
  
  Preparation and harmonization of management decisions (e.g. Business Case calculations, evaluation of product alternatives, benchmark workshops)
  
  Creating of internal and external component benchmark analysis and special tasks to derive concrete actions for further cost optimizations
  
  Process optimizations and developing new ideas to further optimize financial results
  
  Independent financial consultations for business units and financial project leaders
  
  Oversee the whole car material cost evolution and aggregation for VCTC car projects
  
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position
  
  holder.
  
  Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating
  
  organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills required for the position:
  University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, business / finance interest is a plus、
  
  7 years working experience in automotive sector,
  
  5 years in finance related functions in product controlling
  
  Financial know-how especially in product controlling related topics
  
  Experience in project management is a plus
  
  Open and team-spirited mind-set with an inner drive to improve financial results!
  
  High analytical and problem-solving skills are absolutely necessary
  
  Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  
  High degree of self-initiative and assertiveness
  
  English on a professional level
