职位描述

• 【Key Tasks】
  -To lead and coordinate the planning as well as management of investment topics in R&D.
  -To manage and control the overall budget of investment in R&D, monitor the expenditure status and develop budget solution if needed.
  -To define the priorities and targets of each facility with all related areas based on the timeline of each phase and test requests of projects.
  -To control and track the status (LAH, Purchasing, Installation, Acceptance, Certification) of each facility with all related stakeholders in order to accelerate investment.
  -To coordinate with civil construction in R&D for layout topics and ensure the maturity of layout.
  -To lead and coordinate the regular investment meeting within R&D and represent R&D to participate in related meetings.
  -To lead and coordinate the acceptance and certification of new test bench as well as equipment's.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and Skills Required】
  -Engineering bachelor's degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil, Industrial, Automotive, or similar.
  -At least 3 years working experience in related area.
  Working experience in whole vehicle lab/workshop is preferred.
  Project management experience
  Good presentation and communication skills
  Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  Proficient in English
